    Mr. Kevin D. Gluckstal

    Founder, Chief Executive Officer,

    Mr. Gluckstal began in his family business of real estate development in New York City, NY. After developing over $900 million in real estate, Mr. Gluckstal entered into the public securities and finance markets. Mr. Gluckstal was Chief Market Strategist for Preferred Securities between 1996 -1998 leading the sale of the firm for $200M. After building ans selling an insurance agency and debt settlement firm between 2003-2006, Mr Gluckstal transitioned into private executive strategic consulting. Mr. Gluckstal serves as the Group’s liaison within institutional markets managing institutional trade and asset management for qualified members of his private strategic alliances via his proprietary resources as a strategic arm for a global finance syndicate. Mr. Gluckstal's strategic alliances span the globe representing 10 countries and bring critically needed facets to any business. Mr. Gluckstal has extensive knowledge of markets which include securities trading, international economics, real estate and infrastructure development, renewable/clean energy, telecom, oil and gas, precious metals mining, public securities and finance, private secondary market finance and institutional banking. Mr. Gluckstal is CEO and Chief Investment Officer Aladin Capital AG, as well as Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of the MacroTrend Investment Fund, LP. Mr. Gluckstal, a Gulf War veteran having received two commendations and four service medals for his service, earned a B.A. in Economics, awarded Omicron Delta Epsilon, from C.W. Post - Long Island University.

    Mr. Gregory J. Lustig

    Executive Chairman & General Counsel

    Mr. Lustig has more than 40 years of legal transaction experience having executed 300+ deals worth more than $6 billion. Previously he served as the CEO of M&A and a member of the Executive Committee of IMC International, a Swiss-based consulting firm of former “C” level executives from 47 countries. In the 1990’s, Mr. Lustig formed Baron Capital Partners, LLC, an investment banking firm that specializing in mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate transactions, work-outs/turnarounds, and corporate finance. Mr. Lustig was directly responsible for 11 healthcare mergers. Previously a CEO of public real estate company and in the 1980’s was one of the first real estate syndicators on wall street working for Sterling and L.F. Rothchild.

    Mr. Rick Jordan


    Mr. Jordan is a successful corporate leader and entrepreneur with more than four decades of leading companies to growth and profitability. Rick started his career at the world's largest metals recycler and advanced to develop and manage a new division within that company. He is co-author of McGraw Hill's first Recycling Handbook and served on the Board of the Solid Waste Association of North America. He has served as interim CEO for turnarounds, started and managed his own trading company, consulted for domestic Private Equity funds, and has consulted and traveled extensively in Asia for several Chinese public companies. Rick is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Business Administration and is an advisor for several start-ups and serves on many charitable boards.

    Mr. Barry Maring

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Maring, a successful finance entrepreneur with management experience in several diverse industries, graduated cum-laude from Concordia College (Minnesota) with a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting. He developed as an auditor with KPMG in Minneapolis, Minnesota, passing the Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) exam the year after graduating. Subsequently, Mr. Maring joined the North Dakota Department of Banking as a bank examiner, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of banking and analyzing bank credits across numerous industries having provided extensive over-site working with corporate CFO’s while representing the State of North Dakota Department of Banking.

    Percy Cerff

    Vice-President, International Banking & Legal Affairs

    As a licensed attorney and speaks 8 languages, including Russian and Chinese. Dr. Cerff has extensive relationships in various countries such as Vietnam, Australia, Russia and many countries in Europe. In 1994 Dr. Cerff was recognized by Deng Xiaoping, China for his work in turning around numerous Government companies to productivity. Dr. Cerff still advises companies throughout the Far East. Dr. Cerff’s innovations were put to the test with President Vladimir Putin’s Government helping people to be productive in the factories during Russia’s Micro-Economic Management period where he helped to increase the average salary in St. Petersburg from about $75 to about $600. Also part of his past distinguished career, Dr. Cerff has also been associated with the United Nations where he further holds a Diplomatic status passport. Today, Dr.Cerff travels constantly around the world - advising Governments, Institutions, participating in conferences, and holding seminars in Business, Banking and turnaround companies opportunities. He has also been instrumental in creating many Non-Profits Foundations/Organizations worldwide, including ANGELS E. v. Herrenburg. Dr. Cerff holds various degrees from: University of Southern California, University of California – Los Angeles, Lund University, Stanford, LSE, University of Geneva, University of Florence, State University - Moscow, plus Heidelberg University. He further has various Securities Licenses in the US and Europe. Dr. Cerff is also a member of Karolinka Instituted (the official institute for the Nobel Prize). He is also a member of Washington’s Inner Circle.

    Formally Global TMT Fund Manager st Shroders Asset Management, John has a strong background in ICT and Energy. His international financial institutional relationships are second to none as he heads up international syndication for MacroTrend's investments. John has execptional experience in ICT & Energy sectors throughout S.E. Asia, specifically Indonesia.

    Involved in the commercial mortgage business for the last 27 years, Ernie has been involved in hundreds of loan closings of various degrees. Having worked for North American Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans and Chase Bank, his experience in retail finance has made Ernie an invaluable leader in the MacroTrend team. Not only focused on providing clients with their optimal Project funding solutions, Ernie is also sought after because of his dedication to detail and devotion to client communication throughout each step of the process. With his years of experience, Ernie proactively addresses the unique challenges each transaction brings.     Jason Lustig

    Director, Underwriting & Administration

    Jason Lustig is an experienced “C” level healthcare executive having served since 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration for Clarity Diagnostics, a national branded medical device and rapid diagnostic manufacturing and marketing company. In such capacity, Mr. Lustig has been responsible for the oversight and direction of all Finance, Accounting and Administrative functions at Clarity. During his tenure Mr. Lustig has been an integral member of the executive team responsible for the successful turnaround and reorganization of Clarity. After starting as a financial analyst, Mr. Lustig rose to become the Vice President of Administration and later the Chief Financial Officer of Baron Capital Partners, an Investment Banking firm whose primary focuses from an industry perspective were healthcare, real estate and financial services. During his eight year tenure, Mr. Lustig was an integral member of the firm’s Real Estate, M&A and Corporate Finance teams providing both financial analysis and due diligence on client assignments. In addition, Mr. Lustig was in charge of Asset Management for the firm’s Real Estate clients. Upon graduating with honors from the University of Michigan in 1999, Mr. Lustig first served as a financial analyst for Milestone, a publicly owned real estate company. Taking full advantage of his experience and expertise, Mr. Lustig is expected to serve in senior level financial and administrative roles for both MacroTrend Capital Group and Innovitae Holdings Inc.

    Philip Pritchard

    Mr. Pritchard over the last several years founded and oversaw a small investment organization which creates its own projects, programs and acquisitions as well as raising global capital through domestic and offshore financial instruments, developed specialized monetized programs and negotiated many type of deals in different industries globally. The average portfolio programs ranging from $500m to $600m totaling well over $2 billion overall. Mr. Pritchard, oversees creative finance platforms for both domestic and international funding programs. His extensive global network of business and government contacts reaches from USA to Asia and Australia to Europe and the Middle East.

    Eric Hagen

    Mr. Hagen is an experienced business professional in both the private and public sectors. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Hagen has a proven track record in project implementation, project financing, leadership management, business development, marketing strategy and start-ups. He studied International Business at Northern State University while playing collegiate soccer. Mr. Hagen is a strong supporter of the Shrines’ Children’s Hospital, as he is a member of his local Masonic Lodge and a Shriner himself.
